Assuming you don't just fall out the medical system, pretty much. "During covid" there was a system of free medication for the homeless, but the social democratic government got rid of that once "covid ended".

"Sex is decided at conception" Trump? That's baby shit. Sex is decided at the first meiotic division. You don't want girl sperm in the boys locker room do ya?

All meds should be free. But for now id settle for them not deciding the price by coin toss, and also not doubling the price in less than a year.

Its messed up. At least it can at most add up to ~2500 pounds a year. Still grim

In such extraordinary circumstances you can get the extraordinary aid, which is usually constituted as a municipal health loan.

Can't poor people get free prescriptions?

Nope

What do you do if you have literally no money,

You get no meds.

The way the financial assistance system works is for eligible medicine (And in all fairness that covers most medication) the state pays a portion of the medication up to 100% after 2500 pounds of medical expenditures.
In my case I have almost reached this, but I also take two medications which are not eligible. So I have to pay 100% of these all the time always with no discount.

There are two extraordinary systems on top of that. One of them allows you, if you pay more than 2500 pounds a year, to instead pay like 215 a month. This is a bad deal mathematically.

The other allows you to request extraordinary aid in case you have an unexpected medical expense. It is essentially a municipal medical loan. I am not eligible for this because I am poor.

The price of my meds went up again. They can't keep doing this. I don't care if you made the packaging a little nicer. I am being gentrified out of my medication.
