The number of saves only affects your rank on the results screen. It doesn't affect the endings.

Episodes between IMDB and TheMovieDB do not match in c/jellyfin@lemmy.ml

TMDB has multiple sort orders available. In jellyfin, edit the series metadata and change the "Display order" to DVD and it should match the IMDB order.
