It's not a movement, the entire purpose of this tour with AOC is to keep disenfranchised voters herded within the party so they don't stray too far.
People do want change and they are realizing that change will never come from Democrats, so they throw Bernie out there so give them the illusion that if they stick around long enough there will be change.
