The Lib Dems really aren't just as bad, they're actually one of the better major parties. Unfortunately they made a deal with the devil to get a chance at power and the Tories completely fucked them over. That said, Clegg (their leader at the time) then left politics to work for Facebook so maybe he was a bastard all along!
The vast majority are private cameras pointing at businesses and probably still writing to vhs cassettes. There area probably some high-tech networked face-recognition things running at the major train stations, but it's not like we're living in Watch_Dogs.

Are you constantly baffled by why people buy consoles instead of simply building a PC, researching and configuring the right emulators, ripping or sourcing the desired ROMs, and getting it all working?
