Yes. Dolly really was one of the very few good ones. She was incredibly smart, despite what she may seem on the outside. The look, even the boobs, were a calculated thing.
Lindsay Ellis released an hour long video asking and answering this same question the day after Dolly passed. Spoiler alert: yes, she was that good of a person.

This thread is a little older but I wanted to second Workers & Resources. It's like a mash up of a transport tycoon and a city builder. Fantastic game, I've put over 700 hours into it and I still feel like a noob.
I love PZ. It's hands down the best zombie apocalypse simulator around. The sheer breadth of things you can do in the game seems to never end. Add in mods and it's easy to rack up thousands of hours play time.
They're alright. Unless the cook behind the counter is covered in tattoos. Or Mexican. Then its the best food you've ever had.
This, unfortunately, is the Truth of the situation.
There's so much work involved but it's really nice getting drunk on your own recipe.
