I won't pretend I didn't Google things, but it was mainly getting them to sleep. When you aren't sleeping, desperation is a very real thing.
Eating though, I like to use "This is the next thing you eat" on my kids.

There really is no wrong way. Peanut butter, or something like it, whatever you're into, with some pulverized fruit jelly stuff, on some sort of bread or breadlike surface, open faced or sandwich style. All good.

My brother lived in Mexico City about a decade ago. We're from the US. MC always had a bad rep, but like many things, it was overblown. Worst part of the city is the traffic. Public transport can be a little tight. Gotta get used to whatever lives in the water. Otherwise, I always enjoyed visiting. There was the one time there was an earthquake while I was on the roof of a high-rise, we don't get those in Jersey, but that's a fluke.
Damn, I took electronics a few different times in my learning career. V=IR always stuck with me, and then P=VI. And so when I read current squared times resistance I squinted my eyes and replaced the V in the power equation with IR, and I was like woah. Neat.
The digestion thing is always interesting to me. I've been doing recreational drugs with the same people for close to 20 years now. Frequency down to about once a year at this point, but from when we were kids to now when we have our own, I've always been the one who comes up fast off anything we ingest, and my other buddy has taken anywhere from 30 to 90 (and sometimes more) minutes longer than me. He's tall, but lanky. We're built roughly the same. I guess that whenever the uptake starts to happen is just earlier a long in my process of digestion. We've got it down to a science now though, and I'm always last to dive in for an evening of letting the minds go.
A technical disaster, but sure, I'll keep coming back. Can't wait to reminisce about the days when it was a technical disaster, though.
