Is taking food with your meds actually helpful for effectiveness? Trying to figure out why every other day my depression fluctuates between feeling meh or feeling bad, and that's the only variable I can think of ATM.

Conflicted on whether I stick with my current communist org or not. Problem is with my depression as it is right now it's making it very difficult to do a proper material anylsis. And on top of that, i'm not able to heighten my amount of political work due to said depression, so I feel somewhat stuck.
I have finally opened up more about my identity and started sharing puppygirl memes with one of my friends which is exciting.
