Why is there no helpful suggestion under this comment? I have multiple tics too and I want someone to tell me "just sprinkle some cinnamon on your ass and they will go away!"

Didn't watch the video and don't care

I'm only here to say, if you have canker sores change your toothpaste. I've been suffering from them for most of my life until I discovered they are mainly caused by the SLS in common toothpaste (sodium lauryl sulfate). Use one that instead has sodium fluoride and you're good. (Sensodyne is a good brand)
