It wouldn't be war, the sunni countries would just shut their borders and shoot down all Iranian missiles while coincidentally allowing all Israeli and American bombs to fly through their territory. The wildcard is Turkey: it knows the compradors hate their government but at the same time they would benefit the most from Syria and Iran collapsing. (Turkey would get to annex Kurdish areas while also theoretically helping Azerbaijan expend into northern Iran)
