Crunchyroll doesn't have it, it is on HIDIVE. If you are in SE Asia region, it is also on bilibili.tv.
You could try using a VPN to tunnel to a region the show is available. Alternatively, sailing the seas as a privateer may also work, depending on your confidence, digital security, and internet speeds.
I feel like it was on HiDive, I don't know if it still is. I hope you can find it.
