At this stage, the genocide trump would commit is still hypothetical. Don't get me wrong, he probably would (I e. great march of return) but it's still hypothetical.

They are both 100% Hitler, circumstances differ. Mengele might have just been a shitty doctor or just a serial killer in different circumstances.
