Are you able to comfortably hold a pen? I strictly use pen and paper. I always have a notebook in my backpack and a pocket-sized one in my jacket pocket.

. Luckily I broke my non dominant wrist so I can hold a pen fine. I would prefer to write everything on physical paper, but that’s unfortunately a bit too anachronistic for documents I need to submit electronically. All my personal notes though I do keep in a little pocketbook
