I have #ADHD which means I have 2 modes:

  1. Accomplish 3 hours of work in 30 minutes
  2. Accomplish 30 minutes of work in 3 hours.

I do not control the modes! They seem to be randomly assigned!

Wait. Some of you are getting work done? What about the procrastination? I hope you've set some weeks aside for that.

Was going to say, the only mode I have is "do nothing for 3 hours, tell myself I'll do it tomorrow, and then do nothing for 3 hours again the next day."

Until 9pm on the last day, when the anxiety-integer rolls over from 255 to 0 and i can finally start working

One of my problems is that I often do get work done, just the wrong work. I can't bring myself to do the work I'm supposed to be doing, and end up doing doing something I wasn't supposed to do, but at least it's still work I guess

For me it’s: work 15 hours straight with no ability to stop or change focus, or not work for 1 month straight.

Not 3 hours, 3 days/weeks/months depending on how much i despise the task

When the mode is randomly assigned, then over time the amount of work delivered should trend towards 1:1

Thank God for Adderall and starting a to do list the moment I get into work.
