To be fair to Google, they ignore everyone. All submissions are machine read and handled. The chance that a human is reading anything is exceedingly small. If you find an email address of an employee online, I'm sure it's not their primary account and/or all non address book senders' emails go directly to spam.

I'm sure the investigation of the infection here is good. The befuddlement over Google's replies and non-replies is what I'm commenting on. In my experience, that's unfortunately just Google doing Google things. They are no longer prohibited from being evil.

One time many years ago i had a problem with something, maybe google music, and they actually had a phone number to call, and a human man answered! It was really quite surreal

Considering how no one really cared about Google Music, that guy was probably the sole developer.

I cared about Google Music though. They had good playlists. I hope you expressed your appreciation.

This is why I run Graphene OS now. Finally flashed it this past weekend. I miss having root, but I suppose choosing to lock the bootloader and give up root for true security is also a form of maintaining control over my own hardware.
