I've been in soup mode all year. While you were ripping into ribeyes, I was sipping gazpacho. While you greedily crunched French fries, I supped on hearty stews. While you shoveled down sushi, my bowl ran over with gumbo. And now that the world has gone cold and scarves wrap around your necks, you ask me for recipes? Because I have plenty, there is no shortage of soups worth eating
While you were dinner partying, I studied the ladle.
I had some delicious chicken noodle soup the other day, and I won't lie, I've been thinking about it ever since, the same way you think about that total stranger you pass on the street but immediately fall in love with despite not interacting at all
this is me every time I'm trying to take a shit.
