They will not. PSPP is all talk and a lot of nothing if they do its because nobody in Québec care … also what a shit proposition, we have a lot more problems that need to be attended

The article says he wants to get rid of the "lieutenant general", but that's the federal government. The provinces each have a lieutenant governor.

They can't. It's a weird promise. It would take a constitutional ammendment, which is not on the table anytime soon.

It's the kinda thing idiot populist politicians say when they have no good policy ideas to help their people.
