Just start laughing uproariously; when people begin to question why, begin: “Let me explain…”
Then after your presentation give a bullshit connection to a joke to explain the laugh.

Lean against the back wall, cross your arms, and wait nonchalantly like you've got all day (you do).
Stand front and center, arms in a T-pose, and make intense eye contact with the loudest students -- assert dominance.
Just start giving your presentation anyway. Public speaking sucks. Speaking while the class and even the teacher are distracted is less public, so it sucks less. With any luck, you'll be able to get through most of your presentation before anybody even pays attention to you, and even the teacher will just give you an okay grade on it even though they weren't really listening, because they feel bad about not being able to control their class while you were presenting.
I present to 1st year students a lot, I might just start using the T-pose strategy!
arms in a T-pose

You might want to make sure you're wearing clothes when you do it, though.
But it's anatomy class, and I'm my own presentation!
Ah, carry on then.
I feel like that's part of the test. Get the audience's attention.
