Ill never understand the person who can be christian and not hold christian values. Probably just a result of never facing consequence or having any standards.

There are at least 2 different major sets of "Christian values" that are largely at odds with each other.

It is almost like the value many ( not all ) christians see in christianity isn't the ethics but instead the ease at which they can mark the trait of non-christian and classify it as unclean , evil, and less than. Not that the Bible is the 'best' ethical document to begin with but my hot take is that most people look for systems that let them feel better about themselves for the least amount of effort.
