Idk that looks pretty damn good to me
Source: I cooked/broiled steaks for 5 years at a steakhouse
I'm not saying it's bad but it did piss all over the plate.
I always hate it, when restaurants cut up the steak to show off, they hit the right raw, medium, well spot
It cools out to fast and only the first few slices are actually good
The rest is just cold.
Good for insta, but fucking hate it to eat it that way
That plate is too wet.
A tad.
Am I the only one that sees a lizard / praying mantis looking thing on the plate???
