Post guidelines

I have no idea why countries do this, it's guaranteed to be bad for them going forward even if Trump forgets he wanted to invade.
Um, is the rest of the world okay with this? Denmark? Greenland? What's up?
Oh? He signed the deal? That must mean it's not worth the ink.
Denmark (without consulting the Greenlanders) agreed back in the fifties to let the US build as many bases as they like, and that agreement is still in effect. There used to be about 27 such bases but they were almost all abandoned, leaving one. I've not seen any indication that anything new has been agreed?
This just seems like Trump throwing a tantrum over something he doesn't understand and being mollified when handed a toy he already had but forgot about and the grown ups being confused but relieved.
