I don't like anything smoked anyway. Now roasted, OTOH...
The sign doesn't say anything about barefoot pets though. There's a space between "bare" and "foot", so they should be interpreted as separate words.
Clearly this sign is saying that you can't give foot pets while smoking bare. If you're enjoying a cigarette in the buff and you get the urge to pet someone's feet, you need to either finish your smoke or get dressed first.
To be fair it’s pretty damn hard to fit a bare-foot pet inside of a joint
