Pretty average apart from being informed of changes at work meaning a few could be made redundant and moving the rest to another role with a different shift pattern.

Mine was faily normal. I managed another 10k run on Saturday, after doing my first in 18 months the previous week. It actually felt quite effortless and could have gone further which is a huge improvement, it wasn't long ago I was struggling to make 4k. I'm almost positive that wracking up the km's on my walking pad and lengthy bike rides are helping recovery and endurance.

The current price of diesel is making me look into electric cars again but daaayyymmmm they're expensive.

Oh nice, whats your walking pad like? I might want to move towards something like that

Two birthdays over two days, weekend is gone but got some software hobbies done too so feel weirdly fulfilled.

Wrecked my sleep on Friday night doing something stupid at work that I thankfully was able to recover from.

Got some nice fancy Japanese wire strippers and crimpers to fuel my filthy hardware habits.

Yeah, it's been a good week
