If nobody receives a criminal conviction for illegal hacking, then there was no hacking.
So pick one. Is it illegal hacking? Or is it marketing? You can't choose both.

I mean, so far they seem to be doing just that!
Imagine how many bots run rogue we'll never know about, because it's not a big company and just some AI simp running this on their own machine.
