When asking Google Gemini AI to draw what it thinks is the most effective military camouflage, it drew something like a mix of Multicam with Woodland camouflage.

Google Gemini AI states:

"This pattern is based on MultiCam (and its U.S. military derivative, the Operational Camouflage Pattern or OCP).

Key Features of MultiCam/OCP:

Gradient Transitions: Uses soft, blended gradients between tan, olive, brown, and dark green shades rather than hard-edged shapes.

Micro and Macro Patterns: Features small foreground blotches overlaid on larger background shapes to disrupt human outlines at both close and long ranges.

Multi-Terrain Adaptability: Designed to reflect the surrounding environment's dominant colors (woodland, arid, or transition zones) instead of relying on a single environment profile."

Sadly there’s don’t seems to have a mod for this instance. Better block the serial AI poster.

Edit : looking at his posts it will not be a great loss

He's excited about camouflage. Autists find all sorts of odd things to focus on. I know a guy who is all about Star Wars. Same thing.

There's a difference between enjoying something and spamming ai generated drek.

People on Lemmy are more power-hungry than the moderators on Reddit, how come?
