Artificial Intelligence meets Natural Stupidity

The study is a quick and interesting read. The main outtake is that AI is most beneficial to be used later in the task to essentially "tighten it up".

I've recommended AI to people before for this. Essentially brain dump and purge their plan, idea, points, and structure down. Don't worry if you get inspired and side-tracked with deeper ideas and thoughts, that's a good thing.

Once it's all down in a mess of papers, rather than drafts 2, then 3, then possibly 4 before final output, use AI to help bring it all together and articulate it better. Once tweaked up, go through it again with your final adjustments and fixes without AI. It's a much quicker process for less important work. It's a tool, not a brain.
