I am subscribed to !android@lemdro.id using my main lemmy.world account, but when I try to view the community I see no posts except for one (created by another lemmy.world user).

Has lemdro.id defederated from lemmy.world? I know they were hacked yesterday but if there is defederation happening there should be something posted about it.

EDIT: Ok, I figured it out. Despite having "Undetermined" set as a language, that was causing the issue. I clicked the little X next to the language menu in my profile settings to deselect all languages and now I can see everything again. I'll keep this post up in case anyone else has this issue.

As a general tip you can check the federated and blocked instances for each server. From the webpage it is on the bottom, the "Instances" link.

For lemdro you can find it here: https://lemdro.id/instances

Looking at the list it seems they haven't defederated lemmy.world . It's probably some different kind of problem, sorry I can't be of more help.

Ah, interesting. Would love to hear from other lemmy.world users to see if they have the same problem.

I can see posts fine. If you haven't cleared the browser data for lemmy.world since the hack last night, that might help.

Yeah, that's weird. It's only my one lemmy.world account, my other lemmy.world account is acting fine. Not sure what the issue is.
