How cool! What kind of work? Any good stories?
I did compositing! It was a blast to work on, we had the game on an arcade cabinet at our studio. We shared an office with Star Trek Lower Decks so there were cardboard cutouts of TNG characters everywhere lol.
Oh shit! Congrats on this being released! And I see you all worked with the creator of Lower Decks to bring this show to life. I loved Lower Decks and hated that it wasn't renewed despite being one of the best modern Star Trek shows.
Based on the trailer for Golden Axe, it seems the same tongue-in-cheek referencial humor will shine through. I could've done without the trailer narrators sounding grating, but I guess that's moreso the fault of Paramount's marketing team.
Too bad about it being on Paramount.
It's not like they're Nazis. They're just... Nazi-shaped.

Context?
From what I can tell: Paramount Germany removed an episode of the show "Nathan For You" in Germany (then other Paramount branches in other countries did the same) for the reason that they were uncomfortable with "anything that touches on anti-semitism" following the start of the Israel/Hamas War, so the show creator made a new episode in the 4th season of the show that depicted Paramount as Nazis for "trying to overcompensate for the past by censoring Jewish creators."
Though following it is a bit difficult because the show is a comedy that parodies reality, so it is easy to mix details between reality and what is created for the show.

Judging by the trailer, this actually looks watchable!
