Mayo and mustard is a fantastic combination of Western sauces. Definitely my favorite for just about any type of sandwich. Just gotta make sure you get the right mayo for the job (Kewpie)

Perhaps. Kewpie is by far and away the best mayo for me. It is definitely its own thing. It doesn't taste too terribly much like the other mayos, but that's because it's a Japanese mayo.

I think most things go well with tuna tbh it's a pretty neutral fish. And a tuna melt is one of the best ways to prepare it so that's perfect
