This triangle makes so little sense. Typically these triangles sort things according to three axes, but here there seems to be only decentralised - centralised power over an arbitrary right - left axis.

Also the names seem put in with where the author places the person's political affiliation/branding rather than their own stances.

If you want clarity for the graphic - clearly mark your axes. If you want explanatory power - show your assumptions/methodology.
