Whoa. There is yucca all over the area I live in and I have never seen one flower before.

its in the agavoidea family, also includes agaves, thats why most of them resemble each other. this one might yucca brevifolia aka joshua tree, which have different varieties.

They look great when they flower but the rest of the year they are just a circle of pokey leaves :/
