We shouldn't condem anyone to death. We should accommodate them (maybe in a controlled environment): they are still people like us, like you, like me.
They have been judged and are in a shitty situation because "the system" failed them and didn't account for them.
"If it's good enough for jesus". Well, thats really ancient times. Jesus isn't special, Jesus isn't some deity: he is some guy that either scammed/gifted or was incorrectly documented.
God isn't real, Jesus wasn't special, some book that somehow absorbed all other ceremonies to spawn a "religion" isnt remotely significant.
