Individual refugees sure but this is a fully government organized human trafficking operation weaponized.

It's a blackmail for Spain's stance against Israel while also pouring gasoline on the resurfacing fascism in europe. The way to blunt that, as citizens, would be to not play their game wherein this is a threat but to help the people that are getting used in such a disgusting way.

indeed, a bunch of able bodied young men, lots of fire clean up work ahead in Spain, France etc, give them an annual visa, train them to install solar panels and help with labour buikding out the electric rail network, tell them they keep their nose clean, they get residency in 10 years.

This is the right response - for people of any land.

Our neighbors' problems become our own in due time. We are all a large family - whether some of us choose to see it or not.

You are looking at some kind of official saying get out of the truck you can't ride in there, wouldn't surprise me if this is actually very common. It's not much different than if they caught the bus to the border
