Yeah its replacement is https://www.yggreborn.org/ but it seems to be a private tracker / index.
I'm nervous about giving email address out to private trackers - it just seems to be a contradiction of the whole keeping it anonymous thing - and last one I tried a throwaway email with it refused.
You can also look for torr9 and c411. Those are semi public you only need to create an account
You can check the french section on fmhy.net or search the servarr wiki but you probably wont find many public trackers
