After S01E01: Nothing I'd go out of my way to recommend, but it's solid crime entertainment with a twist a la Disney. He has a family; but it's not a family show! And he's gay.

A well composed matroshka-style thriller: the criminal conspiracy goes deeper than you think. I hope they don't make the mistake of weaving that web larger and larger as the show goes on, and losing their grip on the story.

Flashbacks between way back when "It" happened and the new, quiet life. Struggling with everyday racism.

Thanks for the recommendation I guess.

edit: so many movies/shows are based on this one sentence: "I promise, I'm gonna fix this"...
