Never upload your photos online anyway. There are a bunch of creeps out there.
If you don’t want to delete Instagram: if your profile is private, you’re already opted out. If your profile is public, go to Settings -> Sharing and Reuse.

Don’t have your photos on a public profile. Pretty simple.
Just use one of these tried and tested standard disclaimers from 2012, I'm sure they still have exactly the same legal weight as they did back then, right? That Rome Statute is something to not fuck around with, that's for sure.
