I thought "I bet Lex Luthor just has a bachelors in business." That motherfucker has more degrees than Dolph Lungren!

[–] Kowowow@lemmy.ca 7 points 4 days ago

Makes sense he is supposed to be decently smart and has a ton of money to go to school for anything he wants taught by almost anyone he wants

TIL ...Dolph Lundgren is known for his high intelligence, with a reported IQ of 160. He is highly educated, holding a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Does having a masters degree account for super high intelligence these days?

Yep, a PhD will definitely make you evil; but it's worth that alignment hit. You just ride it out and work your way back to chaotic neutral by becoming a professor.

Professors typically also have doctorates, though. Besides, professor is a title in most western countries. What it's not is a degree.

[–] qevlarr@lemmy.world 1 points 4 days ago

Yes, that's what I meant. Professor is quite something else than doctor

I have a feeling that she's having trouble with her thesis if this is how she feels, which is justified.

Dr. Evil does specifically say he graduated from evil medical school.

[–] SPRUNTnsfw@fedinsfw.app 2 points 4 days ago

Dr. Robotnik

[–] scops@reddthat.com 2 points 4 days ago

Victor Frankenstein dropped out during his undergrad. He was not a doctor. He was a scientist.
