My opinion: That sounds very user specific. You could use an em-dash as em-dash, if you're using a virtual keyboard that offers this.

This. Android or iOS, doesn’t matter, long press dash.

You could run a search for it vs the em-dash and see how common it is.

Edit: Using an actual em-dash would probably trigger slightly more accusations of AI use.
