If num_wishes is a signed int, wouldn't it overflow back to -65536? I suddenly owe the genie a bunch of wishes?

I'm 99% certain everyone who tries thinking of loopholes to get infinite wishes wouldn't know what to do with them.
That's not the point. The fun is to try and push the system until it breaks. I don't need to actually use any of my infinite wishes once I have them. I've already had my fun.
