Another Trump donor got a no-bid contract to do at least part of it. John J. Cafaro, owner of multiple convictions for campaign finance and bribery. He looks like the poster child for embezzlement. Bonus: his company's name is Green Water Solutions.

Damn, maybe you should have put a bid out in fixing it in the first place so that the companies who know the local environment could be assessed for quality first.
