He did say this, he was referring to Obama's treaty with Iran, which was objectively better (for America) in every way compared to what Trump just agreed to.

Trump signed the MOU in Versailles. Does he know what other agreements were signed there? The irony is probably lost on him. Furthermore, I wonder if he knows what kind of folks have lost their heads in Versailles.
