At 0:27, I find it a bit interesting that they used a Steam Deck instead of one of the Microsoft handhelds.

Especially with this, I would fully expect the game to be playable on Deck.

That said, I've seen devs preview their game on Steam Deck before, and then have anticheat that won't actually allow it to run on SteamOS

Given it's not including competitive multiplayer, I'd be surprised if they included anti-cheat in this release.

Not directly, but there are Xbox branded ASUS ROG Ally handhelds.
