I mean 'ballistic' means it's letting gravity take the wheel so debris are generally going to hit where the missile would have. Are those drones expensive? Have they been using ballistic missiles to target them?

look the missile was obviously intercepted, and there was an unrelated laundry fire injuring the soldiers

A 500kg warhead would cause a couple 100m of explosion radius.

The only way the damage would be limited is if the target was in a sparse region or if the missile was intercepted
