I noticed mine was sent to UK from Netherlands (while it should go to Germany) I notified steam support, and aside from telling me they know of the issue, they let me choose a free game as compensation

Took gls 2 weeks to ship it to me. Ordered it launch day.

Got mine from first batch. I'm in Germany too and mine was sent to Netherlands first. It went smooth and got it at expected arrival time between 11:00 and 13:00 clock. So this should be expected. Also in between my wait time of a few days, there was a blackout time of the GLS tracking, when it didn't show anything. I thought I might not get it, but after hours later the tracking went live again. I think this happened in the warehouses when it arrived at Netherlands and later in Germany.

They didn't offer that to me. And in my case they send it not only to uk but also to the wrong city.

Ask again in a different support ticket.

Friend of mine just got told that it's going to arrive soon and then asked again after he saw everyone got a free game and now he also got the offer.
