Thanks for the postings! I've been so swamped with work that I've not been able to do a whole lot here in a while. Good to see others finding the community.

The 940 might be the most made for my hand thing I've ever held. I've owned and lost three on motorcycle rides. I currently have a Crooked River in my pocket... that so far is effectively holding onto my pocket.

I had some personalized with different colored handles and etchings for our wedding party gifts a few years ago. Funny thing was I had a couple guys thinking ... what is this weird plastic thing. Meanwhile the rest of them, who knew, got teary eyed. They are all now every day carries and necessities on fishing/camping trips.

I swapped out for a new deadstock version, but I carried carried the same 710 from the year they came out until last year (or maybe year before?) when I decided the nostalgia of my old one was making me prone to not using it.

Didn't want to wear my original one out so much that it became other than fully functional. As it stands, I still break it out for poo and giggles doing light work like opening envelopes, but my main user is the replacement.
