This is crazy. The whole "colorized in post" effect is wild:

You really know it’s from the 1970s.

And people (quite falsely) believe an urban myth the inking choices in Star Trek: the Animated Series were due to a colourblind artist.

No folks, those of us who were alive then will tell you this was definitionally cool at the time.

You had me at "weirdest of all time". After all, I did sit through the unofficial version of Frankenstein conquers the world that had a Grateful Dead show for a soundtrack... This should be as demented, I'm sure.

It was no Dark side of Oz, but it was a trippy combination!

Found it on the Internet Archive many years ago. I had a quick look around now that I was reminded of it, and it seems to have disappeared since 😞 Now I wish I'd kept a copy.
