A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Work creates value
Jobs create revenue
Most of those kids if things like parks and walkable safe cities increase economic health overall but it doesn't go into the specific pocket of a capitalist in a direct way they can see. Plus the general kick the poor attitude from the same group.
How does the government treat work done on public places by the people? Because, at least where I live, the law forbids citizens of doing public works - so, if the community came together to build a park, the govt can decide to demolish it because "it wasn't planned properly". Of course, proper resistance to that usually ends with citizen victory, it really puts a damper on people when the law is against you.
Like feeding or housing the homeless, sadly.
2026... Same shit new millennium.
Sad that, of all the things that have changed in the world, nothing about this has changed one bit since then.
I don't believe in a brighter future any more.
