...and may we be thankful those who struck these places with bombs chose to target infrastructure and not humans to make their point, a kindness we have not afforded our enemies.

Companies like Amazon and Microsoft have profited heavily off of the Palestinian Genocide and the use of their technology to control and surveil populations by governments, they have profited off of mass murder and ethnic cleansing without reckoning with the consequences.

Remember this, the fact that the worst that has happened is mostly a bunch of computers getting blown up is a grace extended to us that we do not necessarily deserve.

If and when people decide not to extend us this grace any longer I will not tolerate shock and mock confusion in the reaction to those attacks from techbros and business people who hid the murder they endorsed behind a facade of decorum.

Maybe they shouldn't have financed a warmonger's campaign, and emoluments....

Bezos kissed Trump's ass by financing and producing a movie about his wife and by attending his inauguration, among many other monetary means and media influence. He threw a shit ton behind Trump specifically to buy influence and favors to benefit and enrich Amazon and himself. And yet here he is with Amazon being directly harmed by Trump's actions... therefore, he's a sucker.

Oh. Thanks. I don't normally use that vernacular and considered it a lollipop, so I got confused and was wondering if it had anything to do with Inception's pinwheel to whatever due to the similar style.

I'd call that style of big spiraled candy a lollipop too. I only call the smaller candies on a stick that fit in you mouth a sucker. But I got what they were going for.

Indeed, i went with it because the only useable images I was finding for ‘sucker’ were enough on the phallic side to be annoying.

Don't worry they will pass the cost along to their customers

then strike it again.... and again... and again.... until they either stop rebuilding, or inflact the costs so high nobody wants to even consider it
