I don't disagree with affordable tuition, however everything China does is based in propaganda. Everything.

Are you projecting the West on China?

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca -2 points 2 weeks ago

Yeah...not like the USA.

Can you name a country where that isn't the case? Why single out china?

Increases in students from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Brazil, Russia, Georgia, Iran and African nations doesn't mean 'everyone' LMAO.

Well yeah it does. Wealthier people from non Western nations are no longer sending their kids to Western nations for education but to China. One day you will figure out the vast majority of people in the world is not white.

I don't buy it. It's a sentiment that resonates with many people now that both the USA and Russia are swirling the drain, but no more than that afaics.

FWIW, CNA is not Chinese but allowed to broadcast there since 2004. Make of that what you will.

With the us and Russia in free fall, China is the assumed number 1 super power in the near future. And they've done an amazing job in the last 30 years developing the nation, lifting people out of poverty, and growing their soft power. But a population and housing crisis could really hamper things so its really anyone's game right now.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with China's expansion in Africa
