That looks like some good quality avo. You ever do just avocado and rice with a bit of soy sauce? It’s shockingly tasty.

I've not eaten avocado with soy sauce (though my parents do), but I have had it with dashi (fish stock), which is quite tasty.

Pretty tasty. A lot of cilantro. Places in New England (USA) don't use much at all.

I've seen it with different kind of corn (choclo) in the west coast when done Peruvian style, this looks quite good too.
