Yeah I get this too but no history of Raynaud's.
It's funny though because now that I think about it, I haven't had that feeling nearly as bad since I started doing more manual labor outdoors a few years ago? No idea what to make of that. My feet still stay pretty cold though.
But yeah I know that exact feeling of wearing gloves even to work on the computer.
Can't wait until it warms up.

My ma has reynauds and mine started developing in my late 30s. One particular finger goes cold and numb
Yes but I have anemia from poor eating habits because of a fucked up work schedule. I started taking iron supplements and it's helped a little.
I don't know OP, but if you can afford to see a doctor, I recommend it.
